Conveniently located in a vacation community at Davenport, our villa is 15 minutes from the main gate of Disney World. With easy access to I-4, it is close to Sea World, Universal Studios and other major Orlando attractions. Restaurants and grocery shopping are just minutes away. A professional local management company manages the villa with a 24/7 emergency telephone number.

Built in December 2006, this 2000 sqft luxurious Villa has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. It has one master suite with queen beds and private bathroom. Other 3 rooms, one downstairs and two upstairs, have either two twin beds or one full bed. A queen-size sofa sleeper is in the living room to accommodate up to 10 people.

      Rental Policy

      1. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in after 4pm and check-out before noon.
      2. The client is fully responsible for the property during the time of occupancy. All damages and breakages are the legal responsibilities of the client. Any maintenance or repair of the premises, equipment, amenities or fixtures required due to misuse will be charged to the client.
      3. A security deposit will be refunded following a satisfactory report from the property managers.
